In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation 'On the Federal Target Program' 'Development of TV and Radio Broadcasting in the Russian Federation for 2009-2015', work continues on the implementation of the universal transition to digital broadcasting and the creation of conditions for the sequential removal of analog broadcasting. For the branch of the RTRS 'Arkhangelsk Regional Radio and TV Broadcasting Center', the 'TeleCore' company carried out a full range of activities from developing and designing by its own design bureau to supply and installation of the 'TeleCore-KZM-3-6 x 9' integrated engineering solution for multiplexing a digital television network in Naryan-Mar, Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The complex is integrated into a single modular building and consists of three thermally insulated block-containers, two of which form the Operator unit, and the third one – the Hardware unit. Specifically, modular buildings are designed to host workplaces for the duty shift operators, and to protect equipment from adverse environmental factors and unauthorized access, the complex is equipped with all necessary engineering systems. Due to the tight deadlines, in accordance with the project, the production of block containers took less than three months, the shipment of equipment was carried out in January 2014, in adverse weather conditions. Among other things, a minimum period for commissioning was required, which was 20 days.
